Delegate elections to be held in 5 Districts

Publish date: Thursday, June 07, 2018 update

Following the close of nominations last week, District and Community elections for Delegates will be held in:

One other District (Ferguson/Whitney) and four other Communities (North Bay, Ottawa, Peterborough and St. Clair) originally received more nominations than positions, but some candidates decided to withdraw in favour of others, creating acclamations.

The increase in the number of candidates and the number of elections reflects positively on the new governance model as we move through the second year of its operation.

Signed AMAPCEO members in these Districts and Communities will receive a ballot at their personal email address on Wednesday, June 13. Voting will close at noon on Wednesday, June 20.

Members in these Districts and Communities can see their candidate lists and personal statements (if provided by the candidates) by clicking on the District or Community name above (open only to members in those Districts/Communities)
