IPAC New Professionals Conference: “Building Skills for a Post-Pandemic World”

Hosted annually, this IPAC New Professionals event will feature workshops, panel discussions, 15-minute ‘IPACTalks’ on a specific topic, and networking sessions. This year, this focus will be on topics that will support new professionals in their future careers, including themes such as:

  • Strategies for Successful Job Search Post-Pandemic World
  • New Digital Era
  • Surviving and Thriving in the Workplace
  • Health Care Transformation
  • Entering Management

IPAC New Professionals events are aimed at those employed for less than five years (cumulative) in any of the following organizations: federal/provincial/territorial governments and their agencies, boards and crown corporations, municipal governments or group of municipal corporations, regional government and their agencies, boards and commissions and broad public sector. The “Building Skills for the Post-Pandemic World” conference will welcome over 200 attendees and, while the event is open to those across Canada, the IPAC Toronto chapter is hosting this specific conference.
