This workshop is intended for all members, including those who have been working in the OPS and contributing to the Public Service Pension Plan (PSPP) for a few, or many years, or may have recently joined the Plan. This is a great opportunity for you to hear directly from the Ontario Pension Board (OPB) team of Client Service Advisors about how your pension fits into your broader financial and retirement plan.
This OPB workshop is designed to:
- Review details and benefits of Plan to help members maximize their pension benefits
- Discuss how life events, such as marriage and having a child, may impact retirement plans
- Importance of naming beneficiaries and how it impacts pension benefits
