Nominations are now open for key AMAPCEO governance positions

Nominations are now open for several positions including:

  • President
  • Treasurer
  • District Directors (two-year terms beginning January 1, 2027): 
    Bay District, Front District, GTA North District, Midtown District, Northern Ontario District, Western Ontario District 
  • ADC Committees: 
    • Audit Committee – three members
    • Elections & Credentials – three members
    • Resolutions Committee – three members (two Delegates from Toronto-area Districts, and one Delegate from Western Ontario, Northern Ontario and Eastern Ontario Districts.)

The deadline to submit nominations is at noon ET on Thursday, September 24, 2026 and must be completed using the respective nominations form below (sign-in required):

  • Nomination form for President and Treasurer » 
  • Nomination form for select District Director positions » 
  • Nomination form for select ADC Committee positions » 

Earlier this year, the AMAPCEO Elections & Credentials Committee made some changes to campaign rules during elections. Among them is a new prohibition on campaign-related emails to address the most common cause of election-related complaints. This new rule, and other changes, are reflected in the updated Election Guide.

The AMAPCEO office is on the traditional unceded territory of Haudenosaunee speaking nations, including the Wendat, Seneca and Mohawk. These nations have been here since time immemorial and were in more recent times joined by the Mississaugas of the Credit.
