This year's theme of "Roots of Freedom, Futures of Power," honours the powerful history, courage, resilience, and contributions of people of African descent in Canada, while looking ahead with optimism and purpose.
Grounded in the principles of Recognition, Justice, and Development, this gathering will bring colleagues together to reflect on shared history, celebrate Black excellence, and reaffirm our commitment to honouring the past and strengthening the pathways that support thriving, empowering futures for many generations to come.
