Join Women in Government (WiG) and their partners, Ontario Federal Council, Toronto Network of Women (TONow) and Applaud People in Public Service in celebrating International Women’s Day on Friday, March 8 from 9 am to noon in person at 315 Front Street Toronto or Virtually across the province of Ontario!
Imagine a gender equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that's diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. Together we can forge women's equality. Collectively we can all #InspireInclusion.
We will be joined by guest speakers as we celebrate women's achievement, raise awareness about discrimination, and take action to drive gender parity. IWD belongs to everyone, everywhere.
For this year’s event, we are partnering with Dress for Success. For those joining us in person, we'll be collecting donations of blazers, trousers, and pantsuits to empower individuals in need. Monetary contributions are also welcomed to further support our mission of fostering confidence and professional development.
