The LGBTQ+ Caucus is holding a lottery for one individual who is 2SLGBTQIA+ of the membership base to attend Ottawa Pride (August 26 - 27, 2023), and volunteer with the LGBTQ+ Caucus leadership. The individual selected by lottery, will be eligible for up to $1000 in Ottawa lodging and travel expenses. Meal costs will not be covered.
Please submit your application by noon (ET) Friday, July 7. The winner will be informed by Wednesday, July 12.
You must be a member of the LGBTQ+ Caucus to fill out the form.

Lottery Eligibility Requirements:
- You are a signed AMAPCEO member that is either Fixed term or Permanent (not a coop / student or intern).
- You are at least 18 years of age or older.
- You are a member that identifies as part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
- You have been a member of the LGBTQ+ Caucus for one month or more at the time of completing this form.
- You reside at least 80 km away from Ottawa.
- You are able to volunteer at the pride event for Ottawa.
