AMAPCEO’s Appointment and Renewal Policy for Health & Safety Representatives and Health, Safety & Wellness Resources states that AMAPCEO’s Health, Safety and Wellness Committee has the responsibility to review and renew the appointments of Health and Safety Representatives and Health, Safety and Wellness Resources. Each appointment renewal is for a three-year term.
To conduct its review, the Health, Safety and Wellness Committee requires you to answer the questions below by end of day on Friday, November 28, 2025.
