BACKGROUND
The tour is an initiative to build a strategic plan charting the future direction for AMAPCEO. Bulmer says, “This is about building our AMAPCEO community, an empowering community of members working together to make a difference.” He added, “Our Association has seen unprecedented mobilization this past year, and now we need to consider our next steps to defend public services and our rights.”
Membership meetings are just one of the initiatives underway to build a plan that tackles the government’s risky public-private partnership schemes, austerity budgeting, and the ongoing attacks on good paying, unionized jobs in Ontario.
