The 2022 Annual Delegates’ Conference (ADC) will be held December 7–9 in Toronto. At the ADC, elected Delegates from each District consider the annual budget, financials, constitutional amendments, and any resolutions. Delegates also elect Executive Officers—this year, President and Treasurer.
If your District has a permanent vacancy, or if one of your elected Delegates is unable to attend the ADC, your District Executive may appoint an Alternate Delegate. This helps ensure your District is fully represented at the Conference!
At the moment, there are known vacancies in Bay, College Park, Eastern Ontario, Front, Frost/Whitney, GTA North, Jarvis/Yonge, Midtown, University, and Western Ontario.
If you are from a District that is not on this list, consider applying anyway, in the event your District has a Delegate that is unable to attend the ADC. The deadline to apply is Friday, October 14, 2022 at noon ET.
