AMAPCEO was proud to be a sponsor of the 19th annual Bromley Armstrong Awards Gala on Friday June 21. Members of AMAPCEO’s Black Caucus joined in celebrating the amazing work being done in the areas of labour, equity, and human rights.
The annual Bromley Armstrong Awards Gala recognizes the efforts of outstanding trade unionists working towards equity and human rights in the greater Toronto area. Named after veteran activist Bromley L. Armstrong, the award reflects his pioneering spirit in tackling racism and discrimination for over half a century.
Proceeds of the Gala support human rights and social justice work led by Labour Community Services in partnership with the Equity Committee of Toronto & York Region Labour Council.
