Five of AMAPCEO’s Healthcare, Agencies, Regulatory and Legislative Offices (HARLO) units have given notice to bargain this week, ahead of their collective agreements expiring on March 31, 2025:
- OAC (Ontario Arts Council)
- FSRA (Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario)
- Invest Ontario
- PHO (Public Health Ontario)
- Supply Ontario
Notice to bargain marks the first step in formal negotiations.
Members of these bargaining units should ensure that their email preferences are up to date, and keep their eyes on their unit bargaining page, for information about upcoming bargaining information sessions, calls for nomination to participate in their bargaining team, or links to bargaining priority surveys. Together, AMAPCEO members can protect our established terms and conditions of employment and make creative, meaningful gains.
Over the coming weeks and months, AMAPCEO members in these bargaining units will be called on to stand together and show our collective strength, and our willingness to fight for what we deserve: a fair deal that protects the work we do for the public good and us, the professionals who do it.
