Domenic Fragale, a long-time AMAPCEO member and activist from Toronto, will be leaving the OPS to enjoy his retirement as of November 1, 2021.
Fragale has been involved in AMAPCEO for well over a decade, and in that time, has taken on a host of important roles within the union. He served as a Delegate, Workplace Representative and AMERC Representative. He was also a Board Director for six years, a Chapter Chair for six years and a Chair of Provincial Council for two years.
Fragale is best known, though, as a champion for disabled workers. He was a founding member of AMAPCEO's Human Rights Committee, and sat on several employer-sponsored disabilities committees.
“Domenic has been a role model and an inspiration to colleagues through his work for AMAPCEO,” said President Dave Bulmer. “We will miss him, but he has more than earned his retirement. We wish him all the best.”
