In December, AMAPCEO members at the pan-Canadian Pharmaceutical Alliance ratified their first three-year collective agreement, with 95.7% voting yes.
The contract is effective until March 31, 2028 and includes:
- Across-the-board salary increases
- The introduction of annual merit increases
- Greater job security and workplace protections
pCPA members can find other highlights from the tentative agreement at amapceo.on.ca/bargaining/pcpa/agreement.
Members at the pCPA are skilled negotiators who work to get deals on pharmaceuticals at the national level, bringing down the cost for all Canadians. Through successor rights, AMAPCEO has represented members at pCPA, who are located across Canada, since 2023.
Now that a Collective Agreement has been ratified, AMAPCEO is seeking volunteers to act as Workplace Representatives. Those interested can contact Matthew Hill at hill@amapceo.on.ca
Thank you to our members for taking action throughout the bargaining process to demand a fair deal.
