AMAPCEO members at Public Health Ontario (PHO) have voted Yes to accept the proposed 4 year contract.
The contract is effective from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2022 and includes:
7.5% of wage increases over the 4 year period
improved access to paid leave
new options for full time fixed term contract employees to opt into paid time off and health benefits
In total 148 ballots were cast at the in person meetings, and 9 voted online. The members were informed this morning. Turnout was roughly 70% of the 220 members.
