Victoria Marshall elected new Midtown District Director

Congratulations to Victoria Marshall, who has been elected as the new Midtown District Director on the Board, succeeding Tim Sim, now Secretary of AMAPCEO’s Executive Committee.

Victoria is a member of the College of Midwives of Ontario (CMO) bargaining unit. Prior to her election, she served briefly as the District’s Vice-Chair and continues to be involved otherwise as a member of her unit’s bargaining team.   

Victoria previously worked as a union organizer, successfully organizing thousands of non-full-time staff at Ontario’s public colleges in one of the largest union drives in Canadian history. Leading the organizing drive in her workplace (the CMO) was a different kind of challenge and one of her proudest professional accomplishments. Victoria’s current role at the College of Midwives of Ontario is as a Communications and Stakeholder Relations Officer.
