AMAPCEO is encouraging all OPS members to continue to wear blue every Wednesday to show your support for the OPS Bargaining Team. Wearing blue is a visible demonstration of support for our colleagues, the bargaining team, and our union. It helps show our collective strength and our resolve to secure a fair contract.
Wearing blue or decorating your office with AMAPCEO bargaining posters serves as proof of our cohesion and our willingness to act in support of the bargaining team and for a fair deal—and the Employer takes notice. This can speed up the bargaining process and result in improved collective agreements for all members.
