If you have retired from a home position as an AMAPCEO-represented employee, please use this form to apply for retired membership status.
The membership fee for retired members, as set by the AMAPCEO Board of Directors, is a one-time-only sign-up fee of $25.00, which includes an electronic subscription to AMAPCEO Member News and ensures continued access to the Members’ Only section of the website, including entitlement to participate in our member discount program, ServicePlus. You will also become a member of the Retired Member Caucus and have access to the caucus portal on the website.
Once you have clicked Submit, you will receive an email confirming your application. Please print this email and include it with a cheque or money order payable to “AMAPCEO” for $25.00 — mail both to our offices at 1 Dundas Street West, Suite 2310, P.O. Box 72, Toronto, Ontario M5G 1Z3.
Please be sure to let the AMAPCEO office know if your address or other contact information changes. An e-mail address is required to log in to the AMAPCEO website. We do not share our membership lists with outside organizations.
