Biography
An activist for more than a decade, Charles is a 20-year public servant with the Ministry of Health, and a long-time delegate with eight years in Bay. He’s a past Chair of the Pride Caucus and member of the Equity Committee.
Charles is finishing the term of Claudio Pevide and succeeding Asma Fatehi, who was acting Director for the past 6 months.
