REQUST A COPY OF YOUR BASE COMPENSATION ADJUSTMENTS REPORT
The Ontario Public service has provided AMAPCEO with an update accessing Base Compensation Adjustments Reports (BCAR). A newly established process will allow eligible former Ontario Public Service (OPS) employees and eligible current OPS employees (without access to WIN or an OPS email) to request a copy of their Base Compensation Adjustments Report (BCAR).
Eligible current/former employees completing this form can provide their personal email address and/or home address and indicate if they would like the report emailed to them (recommended as a faster option) or mailed to their home address. Home addresses provided will also be updated in WIN as applicable. To request a copy of their BCAR, eligible former/current employees can submit this form by email to the OPS Service Centre (opssc@ontario.ca), or by mail to the Pay and Benefits Operations Branch."
