Workplace Advisors

A Workplace Advisor is employed by AMAPCEO specifically to provide advice and guidance to our local AMAPCEO Workplace Representatives on the interpretation and application of the Collective Agreement, and on informal/stage one dispute matters.

As a result, you should attempt to contact a Workplace Representative rather than a Workplace Advisor, even if you have a simple question about the Collective Agreement or need quick advice on a workplace problem. Workplace Representatives have been trained to assist AMAPCEO members to resolve issues before they become formal disputes. They also have hands-on experience in dealing with similar kinds of issues that arise in different workplaces.

If you are unable to connect with a Workplace Representative and require immediate assistance, please refer to the list below.

Important Note:  Please be aware that the current customer service standard for a Workplace Advisor to reply to a member enquiry, either by phone or email, is three (3) business days.
