In response to the Ontario Public Service (OPS) Employer’s recent wave of remote work request denials, AMAPCEO is holding a series of workshops for OPS members on how to file a dispute on a remote work denial.
If you are an AMAPCEO member whose remote work request has been denied, we strongly encourage you to file a dispute today. AMAPCEO has just 30 working days from when the Employer sent you their decision to review and formalize your dispute. Filing a dispute strengthens your individual position and contributes to our broader efforts to challenge unfair decisions.
The "Filing Your Remote Work Dispute" workshops, led by members of AMAPCEO’s Return to Office Response Team, will include a step-by-step tutorial on how to file your dispute through RADAR and an opportunity for members to ask questions. They are designed for members who want to file a dispute, but have not yet done so and not been able to reach a Workplace Representative.
Register to attend a workshop by clicking on your desired time spot below and signing up to receive your unique Zoom link. Please register for only one session:
- Wednesday, June 17 at noon ET
- Thursday, June 18 at noon ET
- Thursday, June 18 at 7 pm ET
- Friday, June 19 at noon ET
Spaces are limited and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The content of each workshop will be the same. To ensure that all members who need support have an opportunity to participate, please do not register for more than one workshop.
