TAKE ACTION: Sign the petition!

Add your name to let the OPS Employer know: delaying our across-the-board pay increases is unfair.

We've waited patiently, but a contract is a contract. We want what we've negotiated, without further delay.

Tell the OPS Employer: No more pay delays!

The Ontario Public Service (OPS) Employer has revealed that they are delaying the April 1, 2024 across-the-board (ATB) wage increases negotiated in the last round of collective bargaining as well as the Bill 124 remedy backpay.

This is unacceptable.

Bill 124 was a slap in the face. Delaying not only the Bill 124 remedy but also the wage increases we negotiated nearly 18 months ago is adding insult to injury.

Enough is enough.

As Ontario’s professionals, we work hard every day to serve the people of this province. We also fought hard—in court and through collective bargaining—to achieve these increases.

That is why we are calling on the OPS Employer to:

  • immediately process the 1% across-the-board (ATB) wage increases effective April 1, 2024, and

  • process the Bill 124 backpay on a reasonable timeline by investing in necessary staffing.

Add your name to our petition to keep the pressure on the OPS Employer and ensure your voice is heard.

We would like to acknowledge Tkaronto, a Mohawk word meaning “the place in the water where the trees are standing.”

The AMAPCEO office is on the traditional unceded territory of Haudenosaunee speaking nations, including the Wendat, Seneca and Mohawk. These nations have been here since time immemorial and were in more recent times joined by the Mississaugas of the Credit.
