Policy Review Cycle

All policies shall be reviewed on a cyclical schedule as outlined within the accompanying appendices. Policies will be reviewed for currency, accuracy, and appropriateness. Recommendations will be made to the Board for addition, amendment, or elimination, as necessary. Proposed policy, policy amendments or deletions will only occur at Board meetings with prior notice provided. New policies and/or amendments to them shall become effective upon approval of the Board unless stipulated otherwise and the Board Manual shall be updated ASAP. Any new policies will subsequently be added to the cyclical review schedule (see Appendices).
