By providing my name and selecting "I agree" below, I understand that, in the course of my official duties as an AMAPCEO representative, I may have access to personal information about employees who are members of the AMAPCEO bargaining unit.
I hereby acknowledge that I have read the Policy on Protection of Members’ Privacy, and agree to abide by its terms.
I acknowledge the confidentiality of the personal information that I may receive in my capacity as a representative. I agree to use the information only for AMAPCEO official business. I agree to take reasonable precautions to store the information in a secure location so that the information is not made available to anyone who is not entitled to have access to it. Furthermore, I agree to report any personal breach of said confidentiality, to the Secretary of the union.
Lastly, I acknowledge that failure to comply with the Policy could result in sanctions under the AMAPCEO Constitution.
