Report a Workplace Issue (Pre-Qualifying Questions)
Once you’ve made a decision to report a workplace issue (and clicked the button to report a workplace issue), you’ll be presented with 5 questions on screen.
Expand on the different sections below the image to get an understanding of the 5 questions - you’ll need to answer these 5 questions as it will help AMAPCEO better understand your concerns in the workplace.

1.) Have you contacted a Workplace Representative?
- You must have contacted a Workplace Representative in order to continue reporting your issue.
2.) Identify the Workplace Representative who has agreed to help you with your issue.
- You'll need to identify the Workplace Representative who has agreed to help you with your issue.
- They are listed alphabetically by last name, or you can search by any part of their name using this search bar.
3.) Does your issue involve insured benefits (dental, supplementary health/hospital, vision care, LTIP, etc.), or job security (surplussing or redeployment)?
- If your issue involves insured benefits (dental, supplementary, health/hospital, vision care, LTIP, etc.) or job security (surplussing or redeployment), please alert your Workplace Representative. Your issue will require a different process to resolve.
- If your issue does not involve the above, select “No” and continue
4.) Does your workplace issue/dispute involve one or more AMAPCEO members other than yourself?
- When a workplace issue affects only you, then it is called an Individual Dispute. If this is the situation, select “No”.
- When two or more AMAPCEO members are negatively affected by a workplace issue, then this is called a Group Dispute. If this is the situation, select “Yes”.
- If your issue involves allegations against another AMAPCEO member (i.e. harassment), this is not a Group Dispute. Select “No."

5.) Does your workplace issue involve your position's classification?
- If you believe your job description is outdated or doesn’t truly reflect the work you do, or if another extremely similar job is rated higher, you may have a classification issue. If this is the situation, select “Yes” and proceed.
- Have your job classification information (existing and proposed classifications, job descriptions, and rationales) available.
