On March 7, 2023, the Ontario Public Service (OPS) employer confirmed that successor rights apply to the transfer of any AMAPCEO-represented employees to Supply Ontario. AMAPCEO will continue to represent members who choose to transfer to the new agency, and that those members will continue to have their rights under the AMAPCEO Collective Agreement.
